Perhaps as we grow older, we realize that not all feelings, situations, or conditions need to be conveyed or explained. There are things, or many things, that ultimately we keep to ourselves even if misunderstood, abused, judged poorly, ridiculed, demeaned, ignored, considered insignificant, etc. Allowing people to form their own understanding and judgment without communicating anything, explaining, or disclosing the truth. Allowing people the space to grow, learn, and understand on their own at some point in the future.
Perhaps when those people suddenly become aware of an event, situation, behavior, and its effects on others (including ourselves), we no longer have the capacity to recall it and are busy building a new life after struggling tirelessly with all the things that happened in the past, sometimes impacting others cruelly.
Perhaps as we mature, we realize that there are losses and life difficulties that actually become opportunities for spiritual growth and self-wisdom. We will be able to understand many things from various much broader perspectives; we can open our hearts much wider; we can forgive ourselves for everything that happened, including allowing ourselves to be in bad situations and allowing others to mistreat us; including being able to accept all that has come and gone in life without any judgment (neutral).
Sometimes there are things that don't need to be expressed,
Sometimes there are things that are understood enough on their own,
Sometimes there are things that don't need to be explained,
Sometimes there are things that are left to pass,
Sometimes there are things that only oneself and
the Owner of this heart know.
Until eventually, awareness and truth will emerge on their own.
