Banyak cara menyakiti diri sendiri baik sadar maupun tidak.
Saat upset/ ke trigger/ drop/sedih:
- Tidak bisa tidur semalaman
- Memendam emosi
- Menyayat-nyata tangan
- Berbicara negatif pada diri: aku gak berharga, aku gak layak, gak ada yang sayang denganku, tidak ada yang peduli denganku, aku cuma sampah, aku terbuang, aku sendirian, aku gak bisa apa-apa, tidak ada yang mau menerimaku, aku gak layak di prioritaskan, aku cm remehan debu yang dibuang orang sembarangan, dll.
- Eating binge, watching binge, impulsive shopping, impulsive hedon, nyetir kebut-kebutan
Relationship:
- Mengabaikan intuisi diri
- Betrayal self
- Lower standard and change value to please people
- Stay at toxic relationship
- Stay at one sided relationship/ friendship
- Abandonment own needs
- Sacrifice by killing self
- Slowing self just to fit with others
- Being used and abused
- Dont stand up for self
- Dant take care self
- Always give everything to others
- Dont make self as prioritize
- Make small goal
- Always ready for others without return back
Abilities:
- Healing others unconsciously until self suffering
- Being slave for others needs just because too aware
- Solve world problem just because too aware
- Want to fix and healp everyone and everything by making self dying
- Speak up people emotion/ feeling/ thought eventhough self would be punished and got problem that no one people that helped will help/ support.
Banyak sekali cara untuk menyakiti diri sendiri, sesederhana menyimpan kesal lebih dari 2 detik, makan makanan yang body gak asking for and tidak di require, bergadang. Mua sampai kapan menyiksa diri?
